ROOT DEEPLY. GROW WIDLY.

Counseling In Colorado

If you’re navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship wounds, or trauma, I offer a safe, compassionate space for you to explore these experiences.

Rooted in presence, attunement, and deep respect, the therapeutic relationship becomes a secure base, a place where you are seen, heard, and held without judgment.

I see you as already whole, serving as a mirror to reflect your inner wisdom and guide you toward parts of yourself that may be hidden or unclear. Together, you’ll engage with thoughts and feelings in new ways, opening the door to healing, growth, and an awakened heart.

My Approach To Therapy

Mindfulness Based Therapy

I’ll offer you tools to slow down, tune in, and meet your inner world with curiosity and compassion. By learning to be present with your thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations without judgment, you'll begin to notice the patterns that keep you stuck and the moments where freedom is possible.

Somatic Experiencing

Gently reconnect with your nervous system and restore a sense of safety and regulation. Trauma and stress are often stored in the body, not just the mind, and Somatic Experiencing allows us to work at the pace of your body’s natural wisdom—tracking sensations, noticing survival responses, and completing the cycles that may have been interrupted by overwhelming experiences.

Gestalt therapy

Rooted in the belief that awareness is the first step toward change, this approach helps you explore the here-and-now of your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and body sensations. Rather than focusing solely on the past, we’ll work with what’s alive in the moment—whether through dialogue, creative expression, or body-based practices—to bring unconscious patterns into conscious awareness.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I offer 50 minute sessions at $150 per session. I take certain insurances including Colorado Medicaid and if you are out of network I will provide a Superbill that can be submitted to insurance and used for reimbursement.

  • Currently I accept Colorado Medicaid. If I do not accept your insurance I will write a Superbill every quarter for you to submit to your insurance for a reimbursement.

  • Although weekly therapy is suggested for optimal productivity during sessions, we also work with a number of clients attending biweekly or even monthly sessions. We can work together to come up with a system that best works for you and your schedule.

The change that therapy promises is a slow and steady process, not a single instance of dramatic transformation. For that reason, it is suggested to think of it as a long-term investment rather than a single or recurring purchase. Clients can expect to pay around $2,000-$3,000 for a year of therapy.

  • Currently, I am meeting clients online. However, I offer in person sessions at a local park or hiking trail. I will soon be offering sessions in an office setting; please inquire about this during initial consult if interested.
